The active ingredient in Viagra, sildenafil, was originally conceived to treat angina pectoris (heart attack). Be careful with Viagra that is not manufactured by Pfizer

Pfizer’s huge success stimulated other pharmaceutical companies to produce and distribute their own variants of Viagra over the years.
